Job summary

RemoteLeads is seeking an experienced SAP Basis Administrator to administer, monitor, and optimize SAP landscapes in a remote work setting across development, QA, and production. The role focuses on installations, upgrades, patching, transport management, and performance tuning.

Candidates should have 10+ years' hands-on SAP Basis experience, familiarity with SAP NetWeaver and SAP HANA, and security/compliance collaboration. Top Secret clearance preferred; cloud SAP experience a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on SAP Basis Administration experience.
• Experience with SAP installations, upgrades, migrations, and patch management.
• Proficient in SAP NetWeaver and SAP HANA technologies.
• Experience with Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems.
• Knowledge of high availability, disaster recovery, and system performance optimization.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Active Top Secret Clearance preferred.
• Experience with cloud-hosted SAP environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
• SAP Basis certification is preferred.
