Smart Tech Skills LLC is seeking a Senior SAP Basis Administrator to lead administration, monitoring, and optimization of enterprise SAP environments across Development, QA, and Production. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of SAP Basis Administration experience.
• Experience supporting large enterprise SAP environments.
• Hands-on experience with: SAP Basis Administration, SAP System Refreshes, SAP Upgrades & Patching, SAP Transport Management, SAP Performance Tuning, SAP Security Administration.
• Experience with SAP HANA and/or Oracle databases.
• Experience with Linux and Windows server environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system health, performance, availability, and capacity planning.
• Manage SAP transports, client copies, and landscape administration.
• Configure and support SAP security, user administration, and authorization processes.
• Troubleshoot SAP application, database, and infrastructure issues.
• Support SAP HANA and/or Oracle database administration activities.
• Implement and maintain backup, recovery, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions.
• Support cloud and hybrid SAP deployments.
• Coordinate with SAP functional, development, infrastructure, and security teams.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures.
• Support SAP project implementations, migrations, and upgrades.

Position Overview

The Senior SAP Basis Administrator is responsible for the administration, maintenance, monitoring, performance tuning, security, and support of enterprise SAP environments. This role provides technical leadership for SAP landscape management, upgrades, migrations, disaster recovery, high availability, and system integration activities while ensuring optimal performance and reliability of mission-critical SAP systems.
