Qualifications

• 7+ years of Salesforce development experience with strong expertise in Salesforce Field Service (FSL).

• Experience designing and supporting Salesforce integrations, preferably using MuleSoft.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, and data models.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine functional and technical requirements.

• Design, develop, and configure Salesforce solutions using: Salesforce Configuration, Field Service Mobile Flows, Apex Development, Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer / Technical Lead with strong expertise in Salesforce Field Service (FSL) to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise Field Service solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, integration teams, and developers to deliver scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine functional and technical requirements.

Review and validate test scenarios and test cases to ensure comprehensive functional and integration testing. Ensure solutions follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and governance processes.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of Salesforce development experience with strong expertise in Salesforce Field Service (FSL).
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce configuration.
• Experience designing and supporting Salesforce integrations, preferably using MuleSoft.
