Cloud SynApps Inc. is seeking experienced Salesforce Developers to support enterprise-level implementations with a strong focus on Public Sector Solutions (PSS), Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on SFDC development expertise and the ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment. The role requires 6+ years of experience, Salesforce certifications (PD1/PD2), and familiarity with US Federal projects.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Must have Salesforce Certifications: PD1, PD2.
• Experience with Public Sector Solutions (PSS) and Service Cloud; Sales Cloud a plus.
• Experience with US Federal/Government projects preferred; Public Trust Clearance required/eligible.

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Salesforce Developers with 6+ years, to support enterprise-level Salesforce implementations and enhancements with a strong focus on Public Sector Solutions (PSS), Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud. The ideal candidates will have hands‑on development experience in Salesforce technologies and the ability to work in a fast‑paced Agile environment.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications and solutions.
• Work extensively on Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS), and Service Cloud implementations. Sales Cloud experience is a plus.
• Develop and enhance Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Flows.
• Build and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to work on requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
• Perform unit testing, code reviews, deployment activities, and production support.
• Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and Federal compliance requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and provide ongoing enhancements.

Skills and Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands‑on Salesforce Development experience.
• MUST: Salesforce Certifications: PD1, PD2.
• Added Advantage: Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) & Service Cloud.
• Experience with Sales Cloud is highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in:
• Apex
• SOQL/SOSL
• Salesforce Flows and Process Automation
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security model, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
• Experience working on US Federal/Government projects is preferred.
• Public Trust Clearance is required and eligible to obtain it.
• Salesforce certifications, such as Platform Developer I/II or Administrator, are required.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
