Job summary

Major Corporation is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead for an onsite 12-month contract in Dallas, TX. You will head the technology strategy, architect complex Salesforce solutions, and mentor a team of developers to deliver public sector deployments.

The role requires 8+ years of Salesforce experience, certifications, and hands-on leadership in enterprise integrations, security, and DevOps practices. Strong collaboration with stakeholders and governance are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/IS/Software Eng.
• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications.
• Strong Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and Flows experience.
• Experience designing enterprise Salesforce solutions.
• Led Salesforce development teams and code reviews.
• Experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, CDC.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical architecture, design, and development of Salesforce Public Sector Solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers.
• Establish development standards, coding best practices, and governance processes.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards.
• Design scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and Flows.
• Oversee enterprise integrations using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, CDC, and MuleSoft.
• Collaborate with architects, BAs, and PMs to translate requirements into solutions.
• Lead integrations with enterprise apps like Bluebeam, JP Morgan Chase, Primavera P6, Unifier, ESRI, Box.
• Oversee data migration from EnerGov into Salesforce.
• Design and implement Salesforce security architecture and data security best practices.
• Support DevOps with Git, SFDX, and CI/CD deployment tools.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and propose scalable solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation throughout the lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical architecture, design, and development of Salesforce Public Sector Solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers.
• Establish development standards, coding best practices, and governance processes.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards.
• Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Flows.
• Design and oversee enterprise integrations utilizing REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC), and MuleSoft.
• Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, and project managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead integration efforts with enterprise applications including Bluebeam, JP Morgan Chase, Primavera P6, Unifier, ESRI, Box.
• Oversee data migration strategy and execution from EnerGov into Salesforce.
• Design and implement Salesforce security architecture, including sharing models, permission sets, profiles, encryption, and data security best practices.
• Support DevOps processes utilizing Git, Salesforce DX (SFDX), and CI/CD deployment tools.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and recommend scalable solutions.
• Ensure technical documentation is maintained throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 8 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification.
• Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Flows.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise Salesforce solutions.
• Experience leading Salesforce development teams and conducting code reviews.
• Experience designing enterprise integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture.
• Experience utilizing Git and CI/CD deployment methodologies.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture and platform best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred: Salesforce Application Architect Certification; MuleSoft Developer Certification; experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, Experience Cloud; experience utilizing Copado, Gearset, or similar DevOps tools; leading enterprise digital transformation initiatives; supporting public sector or government organizations; overseeing enterprise data migration projects.
