Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Agentforce, Apex, and LWC.
• Lead Salesforce development activities and drive enterprise-grade solution delivery.
• Build and manage integrations with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Define and enforce coding standards, DevOps practices, governance, and security best practices.
• Review technical designs and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize platform performance.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to Salesforce architecture and platform roadmap planning.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and implementation standards.
