Job summary

Mphasis is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, lead projects, and mentor junior developers. You will work on Agentforce-enabled AI solutions, integrating with external systems and APIs to drive business outcomes.

Required 5–10 years in Salesforce CRM development, deep knowledge of Aura, LWC, APEX, JavaScript, and Salesforce tooling. Strong problem solving, communication skills, and potential Banking/Finance domain experience are a plus.

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that drive our business objectives.

Experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, Copilot Studio, Prompt Builder, and AI-driven automation capabilities.

Understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud, AI governance, security, and responsible AI best practices.
