We are looking for a Partner Enablement Sr Manager who will play a vital role in leading the development of implementation readiness technical product enablement to grow the Salesforce Partner ecosystem supporting Agentforce. This is a critical role to help partners develop a deep understanding of the product implementation procedures and best practices to deliver projects that focus on customer success.
The ideal candidate should possess specialized expertise in Salesforce Agentforce or demonstrate a robust background in AI technologies. As a Partner Enablement Sr Manager, you will lead the way in growing the partner ecosystem’s technical capacity and capabilities to support the tremendous growth of Agentforce. They are accountable for developing and leading the execution of high-impact Product Enablement programs, such as the Agenforce FDE Ready workshop series.
As part of the Partner Enablement team at Salesforce, you will be part of a distributed team working cross functionally as the Agentforce Partner Enablement lead supporting the global Agentforce Implementers (SIs) ecosystem.

In the United States, compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, job level, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits. Salesforce offers a range of benefits to help you live well. The typical base salary range for this position is $143,400 - $216,900 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $172,200 - $236,700 annually. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
