Job Summary
Our team is growing, and we are looking for a talented Senior Salesforce Developer who will perform hands-on technical implementation, with a focus on delivering functional solutions on the Salesforce.com platform. In this highly impactful role, you will engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle including gathering and analyzing user and business system requirements, attending technical requirement sessions, developing and documenting technical solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Participate in group sessions of developers to ensure coding best practices, maintain code quality, and manage production deployments.
  • Be a visionary, partnering with architects, technical leads, and key individuals within our functional organization and recommend SFDC Platform improvement.
  • Drive user story analysis, elaboration and design.
  • Ensure high code quality through unit tests and automation while delivering on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners for the definition, planning, modeling, governance, and implementation of Salesforce CRM capabilities.
  • Build customized solutions in Salesforce.com and associated systems that support business requirements and processes (Apex, Lightning Component, Web Service, Flow, etc.)
  • Deliver effective development of Salesforce Best Practices in addition to support of end users
  • Effectively balance and prioritize multiple projects concurrently.
  • Maintain high levels of code coverage and unit testing
  • Share knowledge with other developers regarding code quality and best practices
  • Perform code review to keep code quality to highest standards
  • Manage production releases for the entire Salesforce org

What We Need

  • 4+ years of experience working with SFDC
  • Professional experience with at least 1 full lifecycle salesforce.com implementations
  • Experience with CI/CD related processes and systems (i.e. Git Action, Jenkins, etc.)
  • Strong SFDC knowledge and Integration components for SFDC (Development, Visual Studio Code, Git, Data Loader, etc.)
  • Knowledge of deploying, customizing, and maintaining CRM’s systems
  • Experience working within Scrum/Agile environment
  • Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and project management to understand requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs.
  • Thorough understanding of software architecture and object-oriented design
  • Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or other technology field
  • Experience with Field Services Lighting and SFDC Communities
  • Middleware tools (MuleSoft, Pervasive, Informatica)
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II

Base Salary Band: $139,625-$192,388
