Tech Mahindra is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, implement, and maintain Data Cloud architecture and customer data models. You will build data pipelines, configure streams and DMOs, and enable customer 360 across systems.

Responsibilities include Marketing Cloud integration, audience activation, and consent management, with an emphasis on performance and data quality. Onsite roles in Alpharetta, GA or Rancho Cordova, CA.

Qualifications

• 2+ years with a Bachelor's degree or higher.
• BS in computer science or equivalent field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience developing apps on Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms.

Job Title: Salesforce Developer - Apex & LWC Developer

Location: Alpharetta, GA OR Rancho Cordova, CA - Onsite

Pay Rate: 80/hr

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce Data Cloud architecture and customer data models.
• Build and manage data ingestion pipelines from multiple enterprise systems, including CRM, claims, enrollment, web, mobile, and third-party data sources.
• Configure Data Streams, Data Model Objects (DMOs), Data Lake Objects (DLOs), Calculated Insights, and Identity Resolution rules.
• Implement unified customer profiles and customer 360 capabilities across enterprise systems.
• Develop audience segmentation strategies and activation frameworks for personalized customer experiences.
• Configure consent management and customer data governance solutions.
• Monitor and optimize Data Cloud performance, scalability, and data quality.
• Design and implement Marketing Cloud solutions including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Audience Builder.
• Develop personalized customer engagement campaigns using Data Cloud audiences.
• Configure and maintain automated customer journeys and real-time activation use cases.
• Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce Data Cloud, CRM systems, and external platforms.
• Support campaign analytics, customer engagement reporting, and attribution models.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ w/Bachelors degree
• BS in computer science or equivalent technical field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with developing, configuring and deploying applications on Microsoft Azure or any other cloud platform.

The pay range for this role is $80/hr-$85 including any bonuses or variable pay. The exact offer terms will depend on the skill level, educational qualifications, experience and location of the candidate.
