Job Summary:

DTC offers premium streaming services with Hulu, a service featuring originals, current season TV, a vast library of hit series and movies, and live television. It also offers Disney+, the Disney-branded streaming service with content from Star Wars, Marvel, Pixar, Disney, and NatGeo. Our DTC team seeks impactful team players to join the Viewer Experience (VX) team, who will embrace Disney and Hulu's legacy, think unconventionally, and contribute to Disney's DTC experience through strategic effort and innovation.

Responsibilities:
  • Build, develop, and implement customer service technology supporting DTC, leveraging cloud-native tech for VX self-service and assisted service.
  • Maintain platform availability, scalability, performance, and data quality supporting over 20M monthly help site visits, 50k daily interactions, and 6k internal users, including system administration and integration support using APEX and administrative keystrokes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to discuss requirements, advise on technology options, and customize solutions.
  • Manage backlog requests and projects, conduct testing, and ensure system stability during releases.
  • Oversee user access control for over 6,000 internal users, ensuring compliance.
  • Coordinate with Salesforce monitoring teams to ensure system performance, especially during key streaming events.
  • Maintain database integrity, perform data loads, and update role hierarchies and account assignments.
  • Prototype emerging technologies and implement innovative solutions to enhance viewer experiences.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; degree in computer science or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
  • Proven ability to develop high-quality software and innovative features.
  • Experience with technology transformation initiatives.
  • Skills in creating/modifying database tables, metadata, UI, and automation.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce APEX, Java, SOQL, SOSL.
  • Experience with analytics, personalization, omni-channel routing, approval processes.
  • Familiarity with Agile, test automation, CI/CD.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
  • Strong cross-functional partnership skills.
  • Data analysis, prioritization, and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed.
Preferred Skills:
  • 2+ years on Salesforce platform development.
  • 1+ years designing on MuleSoft.
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs, additional certifications.
  • Experience with NICE CXOne platform.
  • Knowledge of streaming media or subscription services.
  • Experience working with global and remote teams.

The salary range in Los Angeles, CA is $114,900-$154,100; in San Antonio, TX, $109,400-$146,700. Actual offers depend on experience, location, and other factors. Benefits include bonuses, incentives, and comprehensive perks.
