Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
• 4 years - Professional experience (with at least one (1) year in any of the following areas: business planning, sales planning or financial planning)
• Microsoft Power Point, Word, Excel - Advanced
• Good understanding of FedEx products, features of service, general operations

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency: Workflow Tools (Asana etc.) Analytics/Scripting/SQL/Python. (Basic) AI/agentic design. Problem Solving. Business acumen. Written/oral/presentation skills. Sales alignment/compensation desired. Quality: organized process & action documentation
