WACO Products, Inc. in Waco, Texas, is seeking a Senior Sales & Estimating Specialist. This role involves cost estimation, sales support, and project evaluation focused mainly on the marine segment.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with management, vendors, and clients while honing the skills necessary to transition into the Sales Manager position over time. A technical degree and analytical skills are highly valued.
The Senior Sales & Estimating Specialist is a technical, customer-facing role responsible for cost estimation, sales support, and project evaluation, with an initial primary focus on the marine segment of the business. This position serves as a key contributor to the Sales and Management teams and is designed as a developmental role to transition into the Sales Manager position based on performance and the retirement of the current Sales Manager.

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred or equivalent experience. Fabrication or manufacturing background is highly desirable.
