Srifal Technologies is seeking a Sr. RF Engineer – DAS for its on-site role covering the Washington DC–Baltimore area.
You will lead end-to-end RF and DAS design, perform link budgets, coverage predictions, and optimization for public safety and cellular in-building systems. Day-to-day tasks include site surveys, testing with RF equipment, supporting installation and commissioning teams, and documenting design parameters, test results, and as-built drawings.

Role Description The Sr. RF Engineer – DAS is a full-time, on-site role based in the Washington DC–Baltimore area. This role is responsible for end-to-end RF and DAS engineering, including system design, link budgets, coverage prediction, and optimization for public safety and cellular in-building solutions. Day-to-day tasks include creating and reviewing RF designs, performing site surveys, conducting system testing and troubleshooting using RF test equipment, and supporting installation and commissioning teams. The Sr. RF Engineer will collaborate with project managers, field technicians, AHJs, and carriers to ensure designs meet code requirements, performance targets, and client expectations. The role also involves documentation of design parameters, test results, and as-built drawings, as well as mentoring junior engineers and contributing to continuous improvement of engineering processes.
Qualifications
