DPR Construction in the United States is seeking a People Practices Partner for a large on-site megaproject. You will partner with project leadership to execute workforce strategies, guide employee relations, and align talent management with business needs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, 7–10 years of HR experience, and professional certifications (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR or equivalent) preferred.

• Lead implementation of culture, engagement, and inclusion initiatives within the organization served.
• Coach and develop People Practices Advisors to build capability and consistency.
• Collaborate with COEs and People Operations to ensure alignment and continuous improvement of practices.
• Use People Practices metrics and insights to inform decisions and improve organizational effectiveness.

Job Summary

Partners with Business Unit, Entity, or workgroup leadership to execute People Practices strategies that support workforce effectiveness, engagement, and inclusion. Provides guidance on employee relations, talent management, and organizational needs while ensuring consistent application of People Practices programs and policies. Coaches People Practices Advisors and collaborates across People Operations to support business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Education Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience

• 7-10 years of People Practices or human resources experience required.
• Experience in a managerial or advisory capacity preferred.

Certifications and Licenses

• Human resources, organizational effectiveness, or talent management certification preferred (for e.g., SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), or equivalent).

Important Project Assignment Information

• This role supports a strategic mega/mobility project and serves as an embedded People Practices Business Partner partnering closely with project leadership and the on-site workforce.
• Full-time, on-site position (Monday-Friday)
• Assigned to a large-scale mega/mobility Project location within the United States
• Daily in-person presence on the project site is required
• This is not a remote or hybrid role
• Candidates may be based anywhere in the U.S.; however, they must be willing to relocate to or travel to the assigned project location
• Travel support, per diem, and/or relocation assistance may be provided in accordance with company policy
• Ability to support the project on-site for the duration of the assignment is required
• This is a regular full-time, permanent position with DPR Construction and is assigned to support a mega/mobility Project

Anticipated starting pay range

$107,000.00- $179,000.00
