About The Role

As a CBRE Sr Research Analyst, you will provide research and analysis support of commercial real estate markets. The role includes collecting and analyzing core data, and supporting the team in producing research materials.

What You'll Do

• Assist in creating standard and customized research outputs, both independently and under supervision.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and research teams on pitches and projects.
• Research and gather market information on all product types in commercial real estate.
• Analyze and interpret data on properties, transactions, tenants, and developments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in commercial real estate or market research.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of financial terms and principles.
• Ability to understand instructions and solve problems using intermediate analytical skills.
