Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a Talent Acquisition Support role in the United States (Springdale, AR) to provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers. You will focus on creating, verifying, and qualifying driver applications per DOT requirements, ensuring accurate documentation and a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Job Profile Summary

This position is responsible for providing outstanding customer service and administrative support to internal and external job applicants, Talent Acquisition team members, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and the Safety & Compliance Team. The individual in this role will act as a key partner to their assigned Talent Acquisition Lead while supporting full life-cycle recruitment activities and assisting in achieving department goals and metrics. A primary focus of this role will be creating, verifying, and qualifying driver applications in accordance with DOT requirements, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance, and a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• Education: Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Experience: 1+ years of work experience. Experience in talent acquisition, administrative duties, transportation, or event planning preferred.
• Computer Skills: Strong computer skills. Use of an applicant tracking system preferred.
• Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Special Skills: Strong attention to detail and investigative skills preferred.
