About This Job

The Small Business Banking Sr. Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of business banking clients. This role involves developing strong relationships with business owners, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored banking solutions. The primary goal is to drive business growth by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Manages a portfolio and pipeline of large and complex small business banking relationships. Serve as the primary contact with assigned small business clients, both existing and prospective.
• Maintain and grow existing relationships through providing clients with the best client experience and cross selling other bank products and services.
• Conducts client interview to get to know their clients better and to have a thorough understanding of their business and banking needs.
• Make recommendations and drive improvements to process, products and services, and client experience and increase productivity. Pilot and test new channels and niches.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors
• 4+ years of banking experience
