Job summary

Axos Bank is hiring for an analyst trainee position in San Diego. $23.00 - $23.00 Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education. Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 5% Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 5% These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About

This Job Position provides broad support to the Bank and is exposed to multiple business lines in the areas of credit, lending, and operations through the analyst training. There are a number of different groups within the Bank in which an analyst may be placed. For this reason, specific day-to-day tasks will vary. Monitor loan performance – may include assessment of payment trends, covenant compliance, tax/insurance payments, collateral analysis and review. Perform special projects or assignments outside of the formalized training program. Provide support in ensuring applicable policies, procedures, and process maps are accurate and updated appropriately. Request, input, and analyze borrower financial statements. Perform basic credit analysis – may include writing loan reviews, analyzing operating statements, recommending risk ratings.
