Job summary

Axos Clearing is seeking a Tax & Cost Basis Representative to serve as the primary contact for broker-dealer inquiries and processing documentation. You will remit and reconcile daily federal and state tax withholdings, unclaimed property for lost/abandoned accounts, and maintain client tax lot data to ensure IRS and industry regulation compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years in a related field, and strong communication, analytical, and multitasking

• Financial industry experience or FINRA licenses preferred.

Job description

Target Range:

$20.00/Hr. - $23.92/Hr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.
