Job summary

HCSC in Chicago, IL seeks an experienced professional to review and implement legislative and regulatory Pharmacy changes, monitor and analyze how new rules affect operations, and coordinate communications and training across teams.

You will lead complex projects, collaborate with cross-functional groups, and adapt to evolving priorities in a hybrid role that blends in-office and remote work. Excellent written and verbal communication, regulatory acumen and project management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and 3 years health insurance/managed care industry experience OR 7 years health insurance/managed care industry experience.
• 2 years regulatory experience analyzing legislation/regulations.
• Experience working on cross functional teams.
• Knowledge of the regulatory process and industry business processes.
• Experience interpreting state and federal regulations, identifying impact and recommending appropriate business solutions.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
• Presentation, facilitation, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
• Project management experience.
• Organizational skills with detail orientation.
• Experience working independently and responding to rapidly changing priorities

This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days work from home.

Pay Transparency Statement

Base Pay Range $55,900.00 - $123,500.00 Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience.
