Job summary

HCSC in Chicago is seeking a Regulatory Pharmacy Change Analyst to review and implement legislative and regulatory changes affecting the field. You will monitor, analyze and determine impacts, and coordinate communications and training across teams.

The role requires strong regulatory knowledge, cross-functional collaboration, project management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work setting (3 days in office, 2 from home).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or 3 years health insurance/managed care industry experience OR 7 years industry experience.
  • 2 years regulatory experience analyzing legislation/regulations.
  • Experience working on cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of the regulatory process and industry business processes.
  • Experience interpreting state and federal regulations, identifying impact and recommending solutions.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
  • Presentation, facilitation, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management experience.
  • Organizational skills with detail orientation.
  • Experience working independently and responding to rapidly changing priorities.

This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days work from home

Compensation: $55,900.00 - $123,500.00
