Job summary

Verkada Inc. seeks a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for its marketing organization, reporting to the Recruiting Manager. The role is on-site at our HQ in San Mateo, CA, five days per week, working with diverse marketing teams to attract top talent.

You will source, screen, and close candidates, build relationships with stakeholders, and develop market data to launch new roles while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

About The Role

As our Senior Recruiter, you will partner with our Marketing leaders to recruit passionate, driven talent to join our world-class marketing organization. You will have high visibility and a direct impact on marketing recruiting for current and future offices, working in collaboration with high-impact teams. This role will report into our Recruiting Manager.

We are committed to a thriving in-office culture. This role requires that you be on-site at our HQ in San Mateo, CA 5 days a week.

Annual Pay Range

At Verkada, we want to attract and retain the best employees, and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contribution to the company. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate's skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. A Verkada employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of restricted stock units (RSUs)

Below is the annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for full-time employees for this position, comprised of base compensation and commissions (if applicable).

$135,000—$190,000 USD
