We are looking for a Senior Recruiter/Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- End to End Account management of our existing customers.
- Successfully dealing with different points of contact from clients and serving their requirements by delivering qualified candidates.
- Gathering requirements and successfully deliver and placing candidates.
- Ideal candidate will have experience working in recruitment agency or corporate setting.
- Handling full life cycle: Posting Positions Pre-screening & Negotiating with candidates over the phone, obtaining leads and reference checking, client interview arrangements, closing and offer preparation.
- Has strong experience with high volume recruiting. Possess strong sense of Urgency, Flexibility.
- Working with Client managers on all staffing related issues, such as recruitment, selection of candidates, offers, salary negotiation, interview techniques and closing candidates. --Discuss the "core" of the job description, and deliver exceptional candidates in a timely fashion.
- Forming strategic partnerships with senior management to determine staffing needs.
- Review resumes and select qualified candidates for client submissions.
- Developing and maintaining network to assist in identifying and sourcing qualified candidates.
- Network and maintain relationships with key candidate communities for short and/or long term opportunities.
- Create and maintain a custom database of candidate contacts and job requisitions from open to close
- Posting and maintaining jobs online
- Pre-interview preparation and post-interview follow-up
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant degree
- Full life-cycle recruiting experience required
- Ability to farm existing clients and grow relationships
- 2-3 years Staffing industry background preferred
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
