Job summary

PeopleScout, a TrueBlue company, is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join a team supplying staffing solutions for manufacturing, industrial and engineering sectors. Remote role with responsibilities spanning sourcing, screening, interviewing, and advising hiring managers to achieve hires.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment, experience with Sales Engineering roles, OFCCP familiarity, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years full cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting for Sales Engineering roles is required.
• OFCCP experience is preferred.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) required.
• Strong partnership and consultative skills.
• Driven by creating strong hiring manager and candidate experiences.
• Excellent judgment to prioritize multiple projects and meet objectives.
• Extreme sense of urgency and detail orientation.
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Outlook/Excel/Word/PowerPoint).

Job description

As a Sr. Recruiter you are part of a team of highly skilled recruiting professionals working working on positions within manufacturing, industrial and engineering industries for PeopleScout’s RPO clients. The Recruiter will provide staffing and recruiting solutions relied upon by the client. This position requires an extremely perceptive person, who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels. As unique situations present themselves, the Recruiter must be sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill, and the PeopleScout brand.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to implement staffing and recruiting processes, strategies, and solutions
• Source, recruit, screen, interview and assess high volumes of candidates for exempt and nonexempt roles to exceed the client’s needs and expectations
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and facilitate positive candidate experiences
• Facilitate frequent (typically weekly) update calls with managers to update on search; discuss challenges and design action plans to lead to hires
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure ATS is accurate
• Adhere to compliance standards
• Adhere to the staffing processes established
• Proactively seek new avenues to attract candidates
• Ability to work in a fast paced; process oriented environment
• Must possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives.
• Heavy Client Services responsibilities including managing daily information/candidate data tracking, identifying potential areas of improvement, providing information to the client as needed, resolving problems, participating in client meetings and maintain a high level of customer retention and satisfaction
• Excellent consultative skills and proven experience in all recruiting methods including passive sourcing

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years recent full cycle recruitment experience recruiting
• Experience recruiting for Sales Engineering roles is required.
• Experience with OFCCP is preferred
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) required
• Strong partnership and consultative skills
• Driven by creating the best possible hiring manager and candidate experiences
• Must possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives
• Extreme sense of urgency
• Detail oriented
• Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices
• Excellent customer service delivery and strong presentation skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Salary Range: $58,240 - $71,120 annually, depending on experience and geographic location. This position is part of a job family. Experience will be the determining factor for position level and compensation.

Please note that actual compensation offered may vary based on local pay requirements and will meet or exceed state-specific minimum wage or salary thresholds.
