Job summary

PeopleScout, a TrueBlue company, is seeking a Technical Sourcer to engage in tactical and strategic sourcing for a remote client. The Hourly Sourcer assists the Manager by using Operations data to oversee sourcing channel productivity and candidate flow.

The role requires hands-on experience in high-volume talent sourcing, especially for Non-Exempt roles (hospitality preferred), and strong prospects through diverse channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in high-volume talent sourcing.
• Experience sourcing for Non-Exempt roles; hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience working in a metrics oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and obtain information about potential candidates to meet demand as clarified with business segments.
• Attend and/or lead intake sessions with Hiring Managers.
• Contact jobseekers or potential candidates using verbal and other communication methods.
• Act as liaison to agencies.
• Create a pipeline of candidates.
• Build a database of candidates.
• Oversee sourcing channels and processes with Manager, Operations, and Offshore partners.
• Maintain and update the CRM.
• Track and report sourcing results.

Overview

The Technical Sourcer engages in tactical and strategic sourcing within a specific client. The Hourly Sourcer assists the Manager in using available data from the Operations team to oversee sourcing channel productivity.

Responsibility Areas

• Identify and obtain information about potential candidates to meet demand as clarified with business segments using electronic and verbal communication methods
• Attend and/or lead intake sessions and/or feedback sessions with Hiring Managers
• Contact jobseekers or potential candidates using verbal and other communication methods
• Act as liaison to agencies
• Create a pipeline of candidates
• Build a database of candidates
• Work with Manager, Operations team and Offshore partners to oversee productivity of the various sourcing channels and processes
• Maintain and update the CRM
• Track and report sourcing results

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

Knowledge & Experience

• Must have minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience in high‑volume talent sourcing
• Experience sourcing for Non‑Exempt roles and highly preferred in hospitality
• Used to work successfully in a metrics oriented environment
• Flexibility to work with different teams, time zones, territories and projects as needed according to the market/client demands
• Solid background and expertise in different sourcing techniques; cold calling, referrals, social media across different markets and disciplines
• Excellent prospecting and networking skills, especially via online social networks
• Ability to adapt to changing business priorities & environment
• Knowledge of different application tracking systems helpful
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Knowledge and skill in candidate process management
• Strong customer‑service orientation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
• Highly self‑motivated and directed
• Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail

Salary Range: $31.59 - $37.91 per hour, depending on experience and geographic location.

Please note that actual compensation offered may vary based on local pay requirements, and will meet or exceed state‑specific minimum wage or salary thresholds.
