Spectra Tech, Inc. is seeking a Senior Quality Manager in Nashville, TN!

Essential Job Functions:

1. Manage laboratory data processing, monitor accuracy through exception reports, analyze data for trends, and implement performance improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
2. Oversee and support the Quality program to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
3. Maintain documentation, training, and organizational processes to uphold globally recognized quality and food safety certifications.
4. Conduct internal audits of program elements as the program owner.
5. Lead and motivate a team, communicating goals related to quality, safety, customer satisfaction, and deadlines.
6. Develop team members through performance management, coaching, training, and continuous improvement initiatives, embodying company values to foster servant leadership.
7. Manage raw material and syrup yield performance, along with operational and payroll expenses, aligning with budget and goals.
8. Support and prepare for audits from internal and external regulatory, certification, customer, and brand sources.

Education Requirements:

• Associate's degree or up to 3 years of college/technical school, preferably in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related fields.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing and the food industry.
• Familiarity with lab equipment, testing, sanitation, beverage processes, HACCP, HARPC, ISO standards, and chromatography techniques.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, computer, leadership, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
