Job summary

Vernovis is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer – Performance & Automation in a hybrid Ohio-based role. You will design and execute automated test suites, perform load and performance testing, and build reusable automation frameworks across SAP, Salesforce, APIs, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Quality Engineering experience supporting enterprise applications.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with test automation using Tricentis Tosca or similar automation tools.
• 3+ years of performance testing experience using NeoLoad or comparable performance testing tools.
• Experience testing enterprise applications including SAP, Salesforce, web applications, APIs, integrations, and cloud-based platforms.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and execute automated test suites and performance testing strategies for enterprise applications using Tricentis Tosca and NeoLoad.
• Perform load, stress, scalability, endurance, and volume testing while analyzing results to identify application and infrastructure performance bottlenecks.
• Build and maintain reusable automation frameworks and performance testing assets that improve quality and testing efficiency across multiple projects.
• Partner with cross-functional Agile teams to identify testing needs, troubleshoot defects, and support successful release readiness.
• Develop automation solutions supporting SAP, Salesforce, APIs, web applications, cloud platforms, and enterprise integrations.
• Contribute to CI/CD and continuous testing initiatives while providing technical guidance on automation and performance testing best practices.

What Experience You’ll Have:

• 5+ years of Quality Engineering experience supporting enterprise applications.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with test automation using Tricentis Tosca or similar automation tools.
• 3+ years of performance testing experience using NeoLoad or comparable performance testing tools.
• Experience testing enterprise applications including SAP, Salesforce, web applications, APIs, integrations, and cloud-based platforms.

What Experience is Nice to Have:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, Salesforce Lightning, or enterprise integration platforms.
• Experience using Dynatrace or other application performance monitoring tools.
• Utility industry experience and familiarity with Agile CI/CD delivery environments.
