Job summary

Chamberlin Roofing & Waterproofing in Dallas, TX, is seeking a QA/QC Manager to lead the QAQC department, oversee reporting and inspections, and ensure proper product applications and installations on construction sites. Responsibilities

• Complete all aspects of the QAQC department and Quality Assurance process (Reporting, Tracking, Percentage complete, Production, etc.)
• Review and understand construction Documents (Plans, Materials, etc.)
• Ensure that proper product applications and installations are happening on jobs
• Conduct job site Quality Inspections in partnership with division management (Meet with Operations, Drive to work sites, communicate with General Contractors and Owners, meet with Chamberlin Supervisors and installers, inspect and document work being completed)
• Attend operation meetings relating to jobs (Preconstruction, In production, etc.)
• Work with operations department (s) to ensure mockups are completed prior to all work start
• Assist QAQC Team and Operations in worksite effectiveness (complete assigned site visit inspections, material inventories, etc., as assigned or needed)
• Work with Training and team to identify, schedule, coordinate and conduct craft training events
• Help create craft training material and events as needed and necessary
• Complete, create and update reports as needed
• Help to ensure QAQC reporting is recorded and accurate
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Experience

• Extensive experience (5 years +) in Commercial Construction within field of responsibility (Roofing or Waterproofing)
