We are assisting our Dallas, TX client in a search for a Senior Property Accountant. This role will be responsible for managing accounting for a portfolio of retail properties, including financial reporting, budgeting, CAM reconciliations, and team oversight.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements, owner reports, and quarterly loan compliance.
  
  
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and CAM/tax/insurance reconciliations.
  
  
• Oversee GL review, balance sheet reconciliations, and fixed assets.
  
  
• Monitor tenant AR, manage invoicing, and resolve discrepancies.
  
  
• Perform cash flow and NPV analyses; support audits and system updates.
  
  
• Supervise property accounting staff and ensure data accuracy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  
  
• 5+ years of real estate or retail accounting experience.
  
  
• Advanced Excel skills required.
