Blue Line Search Group is seeking a Senior Property Accountant in Cleveland, OH. The role is full-time with a hybrid schedule and focuses on managing accounting for a portfolio of commercial properties, including financial statements, GL activities, and month-end close.

You will analyze operating results, support budgeting and audits, and collaborate with leadership. Ideal candidates have CRE accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and ERP familiarity (Yardi/MRI).

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of accounting experience in commercial real estate or property management.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with general ledger accounting, accounts payable/receivable, and month-end close.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage accounting for an assigned portfolio of commercial real estate properties.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Record journal entries, accruals, depreciation, and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and monitor property cash activity.
• Calculate and reconcile tenant billings, CAM, and percentage rent.
• Analyze operating results and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for leadership.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation processes.

What You'll Do

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation processes.
