Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Sr. Project Order Associate to support Johnson & Johnson operations in Cumberland, MD.

You will prepare daily work orders, manage shipping documents, inventory, and coordinate with the Operational and Site Managers on client communications. You will weigh and process orders accurately, maintain a clean, safe work area, and help train new production staff while meeting deadlines and maintaining attendance standards.

Qualifications

• Prepare work orders daily and distribute to the team.
• Main point of contact for Johnson & Johnson activities.
• Receive, ship and store chemical compounds for Johnson & Johnson.
• Prepare shipping documents and labels for chemical shipments.
• Register incoming chemical compounds related to Johnson & Johnson.
• Coordinate with Operational Manager on client communications.
• Assist Site Manager with oversight of production duties.
• Train new production team members.
• Process client weigh order requests with precise measurements.
• Perform tare weigh, weight capture and gross weigh for orders.
• Maintain inventory control using computerized systems.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment and equipment.
• Follow SOPs and meet deadlines; maintain punctuality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

Adecco is seeking to hire a Sr. Project Order Associate:

• Prepare work orders for the day and distribute to the team

• Main point of contact for all activities related to Johnson & Johnson, including:

  • Receive, ship and store all chemical compounds for Johnson & Johnson

  • Prepare shipping documents, labels, etc. for chemical compounds being shipped to Johnson & Johnson

  • Register any incoming chemical compounds related to Johnson & Johnson

  • Works with Operational Manager on client-facing communications, including meetings, email communications, etc.

• Assists Site Manager as needed with oversight of production team duties

• Works with Site Manager to train new production team members

• Process client weigh order request – including precisely measuring chemicals per order instructions

  • Perform tare weigh, weight capture and gross weigh for all orders

• Maintain inventory control with the use of computerized systems

• Maintains a clean and safe working environment – including wiping down work area, thoroughly cleaning all utensils, restock supplies, sweep work station and remove all trash

• Follow standard operating procedures and ensure deadlines are met

• Maintains regular work schedule and is free from excessive absenteeism or tardiness

• Performs all other duties as assigned

Pay Details:

$20.00 to $25.00 per week
