Summary

BGE, Inc. is hiring a Project Manager up to Sr Project Manager to lead design and engineering efforts for Water/Wastewater Treatment Facilities. You can work from our Central Texas Region Offices: South Austin, North Austin, or San Antonio.

As a senior team member, you'll contribute to leadership, mentor engineers, and participate in professional development. We support ongoing relationships with engineering societies for your growth.

Job Description

• Manage projects related to water/wastewater treatment systems, including biological treatment, membrane facilities, pump stations, and piping.
• Oversee performance of project teams and coordinate engineering tasks.
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously and supervise staff.
• Ensure project quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
• Serve as client contact and develop client relationships.
• Assist in project pursuits, proposals, and interviews.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's in civil engineering or related field.
• PE registration in Texas or reciprocity within 6 months.
• 10+ years in public works or municipal projects, including 3+ years in project management.
• Experience with water/wastewater treatment facilities and systems planning.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with CAD software; Water Modeling experience preferred.
• Willingness to work from one of our Texas offices regularly.
