Job Overview

Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble project teams and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Delegate responsibilities, motivate team members, and manage project resources to meet objectives.
• Ensure timely activity completion, integration, and productivity.
• Question responsibilities, resolve conflicts early, and escalate issues as needed.
• Support technical solutions, ensuring responsibilities are clear across groups.
• Create project charters, review technical documentation, and ensure version control and distribution.
• Develop work breakdown structures, project schedules, and manage deviations.
• Analyze schedule validity, monitor progress, and report status to stakeholders.
• Identify risks, assess and mitigate using proven project management techniques.
• Participate in meetings, provide updates, and facilitate project reviews.
• Close projects by archiving records, transferring operational documentation, and documenting lessons learned.

Education and Work Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or equivalent experience.
• 4-7 years of industry experience as a program or product manager in a technology environment.
• Experience working on projects in the wireless industry is preferred.
