CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Sr. Project Manager – System Migrations to join our Corporate – Operations Team, working remotely. Occasional on-site responsibilities at our Albany, NY office will be required.
YOUR IMPACTOur corporate support teams provide vital services to our technical business lines and market teams, including financial, legal, marketing, business development, human resources, information technology, and operational support. These teams may also support clients when their expertise is needed.
The Sr. Project Manager – System Migrations will oversee the entire migration project of the company’s enterprise-wide ERP system within an aggressive timeline. Responsibilities include scope development, business process assessment, planning, execution, budget management, change management, training, and post-implementation stabilization. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to align software selection and system functionality with business goals, prioritizing process changes, and ensuring project objectives are met.
This role will ensure compliance with industry standards and internal controls throughout the project, support user adoption through structured change management and training, and manage other projects such as M&A integrations following the migration.
