Job description

As a Senior Project Manager (Pharma Construction) at Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams, fostering a strong social dynamic and shared achievement. In this role, you will:

1. Manage large-scale construction projects for clients, ensuring timely, within-budget delivery with high quality.
2. Oversee daily field activities, manage information flow, and report issues related to progress, quality, and safety.
3. Assist in completing handover plans, ensuring documentation and expectations are met punctually and with quality.
4. Lead visibly onsite, assessing progress and ensuring safe work practices.
5. Coordinate with client, consultant, and contractor teams on snagging activities, schedules, and engagement.
6. Proactively identify issues and collaborate on effective resolutions.
7. Implement and monitor project processes, working with clients to improve and revise them.
8. Ensure adherence to project procedures and standards.
9. Lead and participate in key meetings, monitor progress, and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
10. Review proposed variations and delays.

We would love to hear from you if you:

• Have at least 15 years of project management experience, preferably in a life science/pharmaceutical environment with GMP facility construction experience.
• Possess a degree or equivalent in project management or construction.
• Hold or are seeking a project management professional certification; we can assist.
• Are detail-oriented and quality-focused.
• Are an excellent communicator in English and Chinese (CVs must be in English).
• Thrive in a collaborative, friendly team environment.
• Build strong relationships with team and clients through shared purpose, openness, and a positive attitude.
