Job summary

Commergence seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead retail and e-commerce technology initiatives in Seattle on a long-term contract. You will drive project delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams across Business, Product, Engineering, QA, Supply Chain, and Operations, and oversee platforms including OMS, WMS, POS, ERP, inventory and fulfillment.

The role requires 12+ years in IT PM, deep retail process knowledge, and strong Agile/Scrum, Jira and Confluence skills.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT project management experience, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of retail processes including order management, inventory, fulfillment, supply chain and omnichannel operations.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, SDLC, Jira and Confluence.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, resource, risk and delivery management skills.
• Experience managing complex retail technology implementations and integrations.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is a plus.
