Job Overview

The Senior Project Manager will lead and deliver complex projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives. This role requires strategic thinking, leadership, and a proven track record of successful project delivery within budget and timeline constraints.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and within scope completion.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and transparency.
• Identify and mitigate risks, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Provide regular updates and reports on project status.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and promote continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Oversee portfolio management and resource deployment aligned with strategic goals.
• Manage project teams, including internal resources, vendors, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.

Additional Details

Salary range: $101,500 - $163,900 annually, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
