Job summary

Zaddy Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead roadway, utility and transportation infrastructure projects in the Sarasota-Bradenton Lakewood Ranch corridor. Expect FDOT-style work, aggressive schedules, and accountability for planning, design, permitting and field execution.

The role requires 7–10+ years managing large infrastructure programs with expertise in MOT, drainage, earthwork, paving and bridge coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management or related field.
• 7–10+ years leading large infrastructure, roadway or utility projects.
• Working knowledge of FDOT standards, permitting and specifications.
• Experience with CMAR, GMP or design-build delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle delivery from planning through closeout.
• Develop schedules, budgets, forecasts and execution plans.
• Coordinate utilities relocation across water, sewer, stormwater, gas, electric and telecom.
• Manage consultants, contractors, subcontractors and inspections.
• Handle change orders, pay apps, claims and contract administration.
• Maintain relationships with FDOT, municipalities and utility owners.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Full lifecycle delivery from planning and preconstruction through construction and closeout
