Job summary

Ashton North LLC seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead roadway, utility and transportation infrastructure programs across the Sarasota-Bradenton corridor. You will oversee projects from planning through closeout, coordinating with consultants, contractors and FDOT entities.

The role requires 7–10+ years of leadership in large infrastructure, familiarity with FDOT standards and CMAR/design-build delivery, and strong skills in scheduling, budgeting and change management.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10+ years managing large infrastructure, roadway or utility projects.
• Working knowledge of FDOT standards, specifications and permitting.
• Experience with MOT, drainage, earthwork, paving and bridge coordination.
• Experience with GMP, design build or CMAR delivery methods.
