Job summary

6 Degrees Search is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead roadway, utility and transportation infrastructure across the Sarasota/Bradenton corridor, including Lakewood Ranch. The role emphasizes FDOT-style work, with full lifecycle delivery, budgets, schedules and coordination with municipalities and utility owners.

You will oversee coordination with consultants, contractors and inspection teams, manage change orders and contract administration, and leverage GMP/design-build/CMAR delivery

Qualifications

• 7 to 10+ years leading large infrastructure, roadway, utility or transportation projects.
• Working knowledge of FDOT standards, specifications and permitting.
• Experience with GMP, design-build or CMAR delivery methods.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle delivery from planning and preconstruction through construction and closeout
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts and execution plans
• Coordinate utilities relocation across water, sewer, stormwater, gas, electric and telecom

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Full lifecycle delivery from planning and preconstruction through construction and closeout
