Job Title: Sr Project Manager -Manufacturing
Pay Range:130-140K
What's the Job?
- Manage and oversee complex industrial construction projects from design through completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with clients, general contractors, engineers, and internal teams to facilitate project execution and resolve field issues in real time.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and scope documentation, tracking RFIs, change orders, and risks effectively.
- Lead project meetings, safety reviews, and construction coordination to ensure smooth communication and project progress.
- Support project closeout activities, including commissioning, turnover, and documentation transfer to clients.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management credential.
- Minimum of 8–12 years of construction project management experience, preferably with large-scale industrial or manufacturing projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and industrial facility requirements.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
