Job summary

Hach, part of Veralto, is seeking a senior ERP program leader to drive large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations and transformations across a global organization.

You will manage data migration, integrations, testing, cutover, risk and change management while partnering with business stakeholders, IT teams and system integrators to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading enterprise application implementations (Oracle, Salesforce, etc.).
• 5+ years implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion applications.
• Strong experience with integrations, data migration, and release management.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation projects from planning through go-live and stabilization.
• Manage data migration, integrations, testing, cutover planning, risk management, and change management.
• Partner with business stakeholders, SMEs, IT teams, and system integrators to drive project execution.
• Facilitate Agile planning activities including release planning, sprint planning, backlog management, and governance.
• Drive issue resolution, decision-making, and risk mitigation across cross-functional teams.
• Ensure SIT, UAT, and deployment activities are executed successfully.
• Provide executive-level project communications and stakeholder management.
• Leverage AI and automation to improve delivery and business processes.
• Support global standardization and scalable enterprise solutions for the future.

In This Role, a Typical Day Will Look Like:

• Leading large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation and transformation projects from planning through go-live and stabilization.
• Managing critical workstreams including data migration, system integrations, testing, cutover planning, risk management, and change management.
• Partnering with business stakeholders, SMEs, IT teams, and system integrators to drive project execution and business value.
• Facilitating Agile planning activities including release planning, sprint planning, backlog management, and project governance.
• Driving issue resolution, decision-making, and risk mitigation across multiple cross-functional teams.
• Ensuring successful execution of System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
• Providing executive-level project communication, status reporting, and stakeholder management.
• Leveraging AI and automation technologies to improve delivery execution and business processes.
• Supporting global standardization efforts and helping establish scalable enterprise solutions for the future.

The Essential Requirements of the Job Include:

• 8+ years managing enterprise application implementations projects (Oracle, Salesforce, etc.)
• 5+ years implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion applications.
• Strong experience with integrations, data migration, and release management
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

It will be a plus:

• Working knowledge of AI and Automation solutions (Generative AI, Agentic AI, RPA) and their application in Oracle environments is highly desirable
• Experience with Kaizen process is a plus.
• PMP or SAFe agile certification highly desired.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $150,000.00 - $190,000.00 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Incentive Pay.
