We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Agile Software Development Project Manager with strong expertise in End-to-End (E2E) Planning to lead complex software initiatives from concept to delivery. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project planning: from discovery, requirements gathering, and backlog creation through development, testing, deployment, and post-launch review.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive delivery roadmaps, sprint plans, and release schedules in alignment with product goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring transparency, accountability, and timely communication of status and risks.
- Identify and manage project risks, blockers, and dependencies proactively.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and team collaboration.
- Support product managers in prioritization and grooming of the product backlog.
- Track and report on project metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time, etc.).
- Ensure seamless handoff between planning, development, testing, and release stages.
- Champion Agile best practices and coach teams on effective implementation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in project or program management within software development environments.
- Strong Agile expertise (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe) with practical experience leading Agile teams.
- Proven experience with E2E planning across the full software development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), testing frameworks, and deployment cycles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP certification a plus.
- Background in software development or technical understanding is highly desirable.
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS, cloud-based platforms, or enterprise software.
- Exposure to DevOps, automated testing, and monitoring practices.
- Familiarity with product roadmapping tools (e.g., Aha!, Productboard).
