Job summary

Honeywell, Missouri-based, seeks an experienced Program Manager to drive complex program elements and deliver on cost, scope, and schedule commitments. You will guide financial planning, scheduling, and reporting, while mentoring a team of project managers and engineers.

Remote, hybrid, or on-site work is possible per business needs. A 5-year background in project planning or related fields and US citizenship are required, with DOE clearance eligibility and travel as needed.

• 5 years of relevant experience in project planning, engineering of products or processes or contract management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering or 2 additional years of direct work experience in lieu of a degree.
• United States Citizenship.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DOE security clearance (some positions require additional DOE designations).
• Ability to travel as per business needs.
• Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this job.
• Ability to work remote, hybrid, or on-site as directed by management and is determined by the needs of the business.

We Value

• Experience with reporting tools (e.g., MicroStrategy, Power BI, Tableau, SSRS) is preferred.


• Prior experience with microstrategy reports, meeting with stakeholders and working with design requirements is a plus.


• Demonstrates broad knowledge of project and program processes and principles.


• Possesses ability to communicate with multiple levels of management on program/project information within the organization.


• Possesses general knowledge of supply chain management, demand management, contract management, and financial Management.


• Possesses Project Management Institute (PMI) and Agile certifications.
