Leapros Skilled Trades is actively hiring Sr. Project Manager- Commercial Construction in Tulsa, OK. The Senior Project Manager provides overall leadership and direction for complex commercial construction projects, ensuring success across safety, financial performance, scheduling, and client relations. This role requires an experienced leader capable of managing large-scale projects from preconstruction through closeout while mentoring project teams and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Provide overall leadership and direction for large-scale and complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
- Own project outcomes including safety, schedule, quality, and financial performance.
- Support preconstruction activities including estimating, quantity takeoffs, scope development, and bid package preparation.
- Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiations, contracts, and scope alignment.
- Coordinate communication between owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Manage project budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and identify opportunities to improve financial performance.
- Lead owner/client meetings, progress meetings, and project reviews while managing change orders and risk mitigation.
- Develop and maintain project schedules in collaboration with the Superintendent and project team.
- Lead project closeout activities including punch lists, warranties, final documentation, and financial completion.
- Identify potential project challenges and implement solutions to maintain project milestones.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience is required.
- Previous experience working directly for a medium to large-sized commercial General Contractor.
- Proven experience managing complex, large-scale commercial construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, estimating, and financial management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with ground-up construction and complex project environments.
- Proficiency with construction management software, technology platforms, and scheduling tools.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor project teams and manage client-facing relationships.
- Ability to work in varying jobsite conditions and work extended hours as needed.
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone.
- May need to occasionally climb stairs and/or ladders at project sites.
- Occasional stooping, kneeling, and bending in office and jobsite environments.
- Exposure to heights, loud noises, and varying outdoor weather conditions at construction sites.
- Light to moderate lifting may be required occasionally.
Pay Transparency:
The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $138,000 to $172,000 annually, based on relevant factors such as experience, skills, education, internal equity, and geographic location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process by the hiring authority.
