The Senior Project Manager shall be responsible to steer complex and significant projects within the health organization's project management office. This role will involve strategic project planning, team leadership, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This position will engage with stakeholders at all levels, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement across project processes. With a substantial influence on healthcare delivery, the Senior Project Manager must demonstrate a high level of proficiency in project management and the ability to drive project success in a dynamic environment. This position may have additional duties assigned that are within scope of the role.
High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree in a field of study relevant to the current position is preferred. Minimum of 6-8 years’ experience in a similar or related role required; however, candidates with an equivalent combination of experience, education, certification, and demonstrated proficiency in a similar or related role will also be considered.
Two or more current, industry standard certifications for information technology or project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP) is preferred.
