We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for leading and overseeing complex projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
JOB DUTIES:
Project Leadership: Successfully leading and delivering large, complex, and high-impact projects from initiation to completion, often across multiple service lines and global teams.
Strategic Alignment: Ensuring all projects align with organizational strategic goals and objectives, and contributing to the broader program governance.
Planning and Execution: Developing and managing detailed project plans, scope, schedules, and budgets. This includes resource allocation, risk management, and budget tracking.
Risk and Issue Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks and issues, and capturing key decision points.
Continuous Improvement: Fostering a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices and lessons learned.
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 5 years of experience in Project management
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or other recognized project management certification is preferred
Strong understanding of various project management methodologies
Excellent leadership, communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Advanced proficiency with project management software and tools
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and adapt to changing priorities
