Job summary

Jobot is a full-service electrical contractor delivering high-performance solutions across the utility, infrastructure, and energy sectors. We are seeking a Sr.

Project Manager for Transmission & Substation to oversee electrical construction projects from inception to completion, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and client negotiations. The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or related field, at least 3 years PM experience, strong leadership, and safety knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or relevant experience in the electrical field.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Proven experience in budgeting, contract management, cost control, scheduling, and electrical utilities.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety standards.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of electrical construction projects (commercial & data center) from inception to completion.
• Develop and implement project plans, including defining scope, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations.
• Manage contracts and negotiations with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Oversee the installation of electrical utilities and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to project plans and quality standards.
• Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
