Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Electrical Utilities Project Manager in Florida to lead electrical construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment across utility and energy sectors. The candidate will manage contracts, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and report progress to senior management.

A Bachelor's in Engineering or Construction Management and 3+ years as a PM are required; strong leadership, communication, and MS Office skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or relevant experience leading HV Transmission, Distribution, and/or Substation projects.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Project Manager.
• Proven experience in budgeting, contract management, cost control, scheduling, and electrical utilities.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety standards.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.
